Popeye takes Olive Oyl roller skating and must teach her how. When Olive gets loose from the rink and heads into the streets out of control, Popeye must chase her down and stop her. Popeye is shocked to learn he's out of spinach just when he needs it the most. Whatever will Popeye do?
